I use the phone on my left ear.... Where my T is hmmm. I think I'll use speaker from now on

I've noticed a great change since I've been doing the Back to Silence method... I now realize that I haven't noted my responses! It works.

I will contact MGH they sent me a letter or brochure saying that they have a Tinnitus center there and to call to get on the list

I'm so sorry Andrew ! I'm dying and trying to relax. I'm going to therapy acupuncture chiropractor and a hearing center for hearing aids also they do TRT I have to retrain my brain How are you now?
