    Mad, Im gonna do the hearing test again next week. really hoping that my hearing loss recovers, I really hope its not some permanent damage..since if hair cells are destroyed i think they cant recover.

    In ear headphone loud music for 2 hours. While at first it stopped, i continued listening to headphones for 1 more day, at half volume...by the third day i got T full 24-7 till now. Good to know it can get better! im almost on 3 weeks and still no improvements tho..

    Its a natural reaction to overprotect your ears after experiencing sound shock, what im still wondering is that if we over protect our ears, wont we deveolop Hyperacusis too? normal sound is ok, like traffic and stuff..important thing is not to get exposed by very loud sounds for long periods...

Mine is also from a super loud noise exposure for hours, after that it did subside but i continue to listen to music (at half volume) for 1 day, it came back full force on day 3 and continues to do so till today, that was 2 weeks...

    But is still massively better than when you first got it? Mine spiked brutally in volume after the third day.
