hey dr.nagler, I suffer from mild tinnitus and misophonia and TTTS. Lately im feeling much better, my audologist said its from the magnesium i take daily but when i quit it i might get more ttts symptons again she ordered wearable soundgenerators for me they cost like 1000 euro for 2 i can try...

since i got T something is lost in myself aswell im really bothered about it anymore do i be carefull for it getting worse sure i am but i live my life i dont let my T let my life live

your anxienty can worsen your T aswell try to relax

stop worring about it as hard it may be

i had mild hyperacusis and TTTS symptoms the hyperacusis is gone and i only have tense numb cheeks but im sure it will fade away overtime aswell

Let your T go and you will notice it less and less

i have TTTS aswell but the fluttering in my ears is gone for 95% i only experience the muscle tighting when i drive my car and sometimes loud unexpected sounds i still have a numbess cheek and tight neck though how i get ride of my fluttering drum i do TRT and use promagnor 450 mg each day...

hey , i would sign up for AM101 it has good results if you get the medicine

if it dont you can always do TRT or CBT or what its named and you can retrain it probaly

dont worry about it it will only make things worse, you still have a good chance it will go away

Do your ears flutter on sounds ? You might have ttts tonic tensor tympani syndrome This syndrome worsen with stress and axienty and lack of magnesium Dont worry about it my trt audioloog says It's a innocent thing that might go away on itsself when you recover overtime Goodluck mate

you can do a LDL (loudness discomfort levels) test with a audioloog you might have increased sensitive to sound but if you have hyperacusis you will know it trust me hope this help you out
