    New Member and a Question about Spikes and Dosing Off

    I just joined today and have a couple of questions . 1.) My spikes can start if I just " sorta dose " off . Anyone experience that and it that normal ? 2.) Any suggestions on how to slow down a spike ? Thanks for any and all your help :)
