Is it normal for one with tinnitus that with every (hard) bite he hears more tinnitus. In my case it is a high frequency sound that doesn't sound like my ordinary tinnitus? I think it didn't appear before.

Hello, I am new here. After getting a louder tinnitus after some noise I also got a kind of acid reflux. I have the choice to use Ranitidine (Zantac) or Rabeprazole. Which one of these is less ototoxic, or preferably not ototoxic at all? Is there a non-ototoxic alternative? Thanks, Zok
