High Ringing Treatment? Make It Better or Worse?
Has anyone tried those high ring videos that are supposed to make your tinnitus better? I read a couple of peoples comment and they said it actually helped them? But it's this really high 8000 Hz pitch. Is it supposed to trick the brain or something? Any insight would be great. example - -

2 Minutes of Silence!
I had around 2 mins of blissful silence today. After having a really bad week of which my tinnitus was at an all time high of probably 9. The Silence was really a great moment. It was heaven. But this is why - a weekend of NSA Chiropractor adjustments, Socialising with friends (so important)... -

Two Different Tinnitus Frequencies. Normal?
Hi guys, I have two frequencies really. One really high and a little lower. Its really had to nail my frequency. Does it have to be spot on, or can it be like around 6000 to 1000? I have been using the ACRN from general fuzz. But I don't know, is your tinnitus supposed to go straight away? Or...
