Can anyone offer me hope about reactive tinnitus? I've had it almost 10 months now and I’m exhausted. If it weren’t for my daughter I’d be dead now.

Even on Ativan I have severe panic attacks. When did your panic attacks subside? Having a huge set back. At 5 months in was finally off the Ativan. Huge setback with grommets. Now I am sick all day long with worry. Fear. Depression. Concerns. Afraid the tinnitus will kill me.

I think my problem is that I have incredibly terrible anxiety and depression and can’t relax ever to get used to my tinnitus. Please keep this post positive and a safe space for those of us in a fragile state of mind right now.

Can people who have habituated or gotten better at managing their tinnitus offer advice? Struggling at 9 months in.
