Is that normal with tinnitus from hearing loss? My tinnitus-free ear doesn't have this problem, but my left ear does. If I rub around my ear or pull on my ear lob it sounds and feels as if I have water or fluid in my ear. I know I actually don't because I recently have had them cleaned...

I am just curious if anyone else has this? I have always had left sided tinnitus and recently had an out of the blue spike. Now I notice that if I bend my neck left or right the tinnitus goes to that ear. I am wondering if maybe there is something wrong with my neck after all.
