I have pulsatile tinnitus nonstop. Some days (often) I have scalp tingling and crawling sensations along with pressure on top of my head and mild headaches. It seems worse when my regular ringing tinnitus is louder (I have that kind too.) And it also is worse when I move around. Anyone else...
