The primary tinnitus is a hiss. However, there is this second sound in my left ear which is sporadic. It will be high pitch for X seconds and than low pitch for Y seconds. There is no other sounds, just the ringing which does not follow an identifiable pattern. Could this be pulsating tinnitus?
