    I Can Hear My Blood Vibrating When I Cover My Tinnitus Ear

    When I close my ear where I have tinnitus I hear my blood vibrating in my ear (I know it's not tinnitus because as soon as I unclog it, I don't hear the sound anymore) and when I do the same with the other ear where I don't have tinnitus I don't hear my blood vibrating. What can this indicate?
