should i be increasing the volume of my phink noise over the weeks/months? Ive been using simplynoise pink noise. Im at 19% on the volume slowly increasing by 1 percent every few days. Does this sound like something i should be doing?

Which form of magnesium do you guys recommend for T and H? I ended up going with glycinate 400mg daily. Does it matter if its citrate, glycinate, or any of the other forms?
