Sucks only 17yo but yes start is much more heavy maybe there will be something that helps in the futher. You need to try to habituate and beeing buzy as much as possible.

I have these for practising with my band these with highst filter its with gel on my ear channel for 150 Euro. Fits very nice in my ear. With other plugs cheap plugs about 20,- i was about too quit my band but with these i can continue without beeing scared.

I already tried to get vitamin A but didnt get it because people can easyly overdosed in vitamin A.
