I am not sure if it is marketed as Dramamine in the UK, but the medication name is Dimenhydrinate. Good luck and I hope your flight goes well with no sickness. It may be worth a call to your physician ahead of the flight.

You could consider taking a dramamine an hour prior to flying. I have been dealing with vertigo the past few weeks, and have found that dramamine helps reduce the dizziness. It is all very new to me though, so perhaps there will be more helpful responses.
