    It Is Getting Worse

I am very frustrated right now. So, in December I was diagnosed with Lyme disease. In the past couple of weeks the ringing in my ear has gotten louder. I assume that this is related to the Lyme disease. Aside from the ringing, I am having a bunch of other symptoms from the Lyme. I just...

Please Advise Me (Pressure, Achiness, Vertigo)

Thanks for the replies. I was away the past couple of days, so I did not have a chance to check the thread until now. In response to the comments I received....no, I have never seen an ENT. Initially, the doctor did look in my ears but did not notice any damage. Still, I know that my...

Please Advise Me (Pressure, Achiness, Vertigo)

Ok, so my T began 6 years ago after attending a very loud concert. I am not sure if it is marketed as Dramamine in the UK, but the medication name is Dimenhydrinate. Good luck and I hope your flight goes well with no sickness. It may be worth a call to your physician ahead of the flight.

New to Site and Needing Help (Flying for the First Time in 25 Years)

You could consider taking a dramamine an hour prior to flying. I have been dealing with vertigo the past few weeks, and have found that dramamine helps reduce the dizziness. It is all very new to me though, so perhaps there will be more helpful responses.

    Just Came Across This Site

I have been dealing with ringing in my ears for the past 6 years and have never had anybody to commiserate with, as everybody I tell typically just says, "wow. that sucks". While yes, it does suck, it is nice to find a place where people truly understand. The ringing in my ears started when...
