    Thank you I will invest in some. Thankfully I can get it in the UK. Betahistine is what I normally take but it's not very effective.

    I Am New, Need Help

    My tinnitus is very loud but since having hearing aids it's not noticeable at all. I take them out early evening whilst there's still background noise as I found taking them out before bed make the tinnitus even louder than normal. Speak to your ENT consultant about hearing aids. Good luck

    Hi everyone I'm new to the site and I am in need of advice. I'm flying for the first time in 25 years. I have menieres and I am terrified I'm going to have an episode of vertigo and the subsequent vomiting. Can anyone tell me how to deal with this and if there's anything I can do to avoid being ill?
