Hmm...well I would say that your Tinnitus wouldn't be permanent...but you should get your ears maybe syringed/cleaned up by an ENT. And if i'm correct did the BB hit you in your ear? Oh and...a good tip for you since your T is new, try to seek medical help fast and as hard it can be try NOT TO...

EDIT: Tinnitus isn't a problem for me at the moment, I have now habituated to my Tinnitus nearly 100%. It's now sort of a background noise. Though i'm not sure if that's any good.

Yeah...had this actually about a minute ago. My tinnitus was sudden and wasn't caused by noise exposure. Now 4 weeks in with my Tinnitus. Lately my ears have started to randomly twitch/flutter/contract...whatever. Something is moving inside there and I don't like it.

Oh and in addition to this post... One night I woke up T was gone. But when I went back to sleep and woke up again it was back. Dunno what was the cause of that.
