I have the same ear spasms in my right ear from burping and yawning as well, however, it hasn't affected my weight. I think you should see a doctor for the weight problem.

I got slapped in the face on a few occasions by my mother before as a child. I'm 23 now. These were big slaps across the face that would cause ringing and decreased hearing in the ear. It went away after an hour or so and my ears are fine.

I was wondering if anyone had experiences with a sort of inner ear twitch triggered by big yawns, holding in burps and sometimes stretching. These twitches don't really occur unless triggered by these actions. I've been to 3 ENTs and my ear appears fine. The twitch is sometimes fast and...
