I also developed mild tinnitus after a chronic sinus infection. It never went away completely, I did a few cleansing diets for months (no gluten no dairy) lots of vegetables and fruit. I believe that enabled my ears to clear and the tinnitus subsided as my ears cleared.

I read somewhere that certain antibiotics can cause yout tinnitus to become worse but haven't had to take any so haven't experienced that.

Oh i I'm glad to hear that, I have to be sedated to have a tooth removed and I have cancelled twice, because it was dental work tha t started my tinnitus in the first place, but there were lots of needles and lots of drilling.

Melatonin before bed works amazing, some people say it reduces tinnitus, and that's why they sleep better. It is super relaxing. The regular dose is 3 mg before bed, but 1 and a half is good for me. Take half hour before bed.
