    1. Only use computers when you have to, school, work etc. Do not sit there hours and hours and hours watching youtube and Facebook and so on. Rather go for walks as walking is the best exercise for posture correction. 2. Even if you have an ergonomic chair and desk. You will never have good...

It totally is.... Acceptance is the key! One you accept, you get rid of anxiety (which is the worse thing to deal with) anxiety is louder than the tinnitus itself in most cases! With anxiety out of the picture, tinnitus gets so much easier to deal with! It's ironic how powerful the mind is...

Is It My Imagination...? Have Hyperacusis, Tinnitus Increased After a Car Ride with a Loud Person

Most likely your imagination and the fact you over focus on your tinnitus. To lose hearing you have to be exposed to extremely LOUD noise. A loud person other than irritating, is hardly going to make you lose your hearing and cause hyperacusis!

Why Are Muscles So Ignored as Causes of Pain, Tinnitus and Other Issues?

There are hundredths of muscles all over your body, when muscles are tight they will squeeze nerves, veins, move joints out of place and so on. When people start complaining of pain, sounds, numbness they go to the doctor and the assumption is often NEUROLOGICAL! (so you go through MRI's...
