My sensitivity to different noises is a little worse after treatment and had a bad spike for over two weeks. + I don't get as many good days now being 3-4. :(:(:(

Hi all. I had my last checkup on Monday. So in conclusion I have no improvement at all and have slightly worsening of sensitivity to different noises which is an absolute pain. I'm still hoping that something will come out that can at least reduce the severity and loudness of this noise...

Hi. Yes from the uk. I had a short flight about 2 hours about 2 weeks after my treatment. No big problems just bit of pain on the decent.

I had the same problem with pulsative T and big spike, But the P T went away after 5 hours, the spike went on for 2 weeks +.:mad: Also very sensitive to different sounds. Still getting that. :cry: I had my treatment at 5+ months and 9+ months.

My T is worse and the sensitivity worse after Am 101.

No improvement for me if anything worse than before. Very sensitive to any slightly loud noise. :( So in my mind am 101 is only good for people with onset of les than 4 mouths. Grate for some :). What's next for !!!:dunno:

Hi All. Still have a bad spike and H is very sensitive since I had last injection on 25th of May. Was hoping the spike would not be so long this time as I was having the real thing. I'm not doing well felling very low now. Can't believe I'm saying this but need to go back to baceline again...

Hi. No pain today but monster spike.

Not so good so far. The Dr nicked the back of the ear behind the eardrum . But only short term pain. Last night not so good. Lots of ear pain and some pulsing tinnitus 4 hours. Much better after 400mg ibuprofen in the morning. Good luck Alex.

Hi All. Day 1 open label today. Bad news I'm at 7 and half months stage. Not looking forward to long T spike again. My last spike lasted 18 days after treatment.

Hi. Start looking into getting Am-101 but you are still in early days . Hopefully you won't need it. You can always cancel, Good luck

Just thought I'd let people know that when having conversation with my Dr he informed me that there or only 41 places on the up to 3 month trial & 32 places on the up to 6 months trials in Europe after that it is finished. I have decided to have the real thing in May. Thanks for the support :)

4 week update, Well after having an 18 day spike (7) had 2 days at a about (4) it's been mostly on the high side since then. But have had a bad problem with over sensitivity every moderate to loud noise seems to give bad spikes. Hopefully this will get better soon. I'm hoping that when I get...

Sorry to hear that. How many injections did you have. It sounds like you just had 1 then left it for some time. I had 3 in 3 days. P's I had 18 day spike my T is still spiking think my have had placebo. Good luck.

After having my first assessment. Required 2 years notes from my GP. But I think the only thing that the Dr looked at was when my T started. P's still have the bad spike :(

Hi all, Sorry if this has been asked before. 10 days ago I completed the 3rd injection of am-101 and have had a very loud spike constantly since then, Is the normal thing. Getting a little panicked that might stay this high!
