I listen to headphones regularly with breaks every 20-30 minutes and my T has stayed at the same improved level since I first experienced reduction.

Sometimes weed spikes my T, sometimes it doesn't. I think it has to do with how I smoke. If I take in a harsh hit that irritates my sinuses/eustachian tubes, it probably causes inflammation that increases the T. If I take chlorotabs before I smoke, the increase is negligible if it's even there...

Bleach is an anti-inflammatory. Benadryl is also an allergy medication. Try some other antihistamines, maybe a nasal steroid spray aimed at your eustachian tubes.

My tinnitus seems to be healing, but I've also habituated to hearing it. It only bothers me when it's accompanied by a sort of piercing, achey pain in my ears, and then it's the pain bothering me more than the noise.

I don't know what caused mine, but I have T that's at about 16000 hz that I can hear over everything. I can tune it out if I'm distracted but it's always there. Try distracting yourself with something mentally demanding, like chess, or mental math, or something you find very, very interesting.

You don't. There are some people who've had it disappear after five years, some who've had it disappear after two months, some who've had it their whole lives. I think it's best, that if it disturbs you greatly, to seek therapy to accept it instead of constantly hoping for it to go away...

I've also made sure to not use headphones at all besides a brief 15-20 minute lapse of judgement when I smoked some marijuana the same day that the T developed.

Oh, forgot to mention, I'm a 21 y/o male. I smoke marijuana on occasion but I don't smoke cigarettes at all, drink heavily, or take any other drugs regularly besides the occasional (once a week?) dose of NSAIDs for aching at work.
