The early days were the worst for me, but it has become a lot better as time has passed. The volume level was around a 10 for the 1st 2 months, down to a 2 or 3 after 5 months. The spikes started getting longer apart as well. I do drink a lot of camomile tea, try and keep on a low salt diet...

My ears felt blocked around 9 weeks ago, but the T only arrived around 7 weeks ago. The 1st fortnight was the worst. Then its got slightly easier as time has gone on. Don't get me wrong I still have some crappy days, but on the whole its a lot better and so is my understanding and dealing with it.

It's been a real rough 36 hours. T extremely high and a fullness in my left ear. The fullness started to lift this morning and T greatly reduced to a low level. It feels like heaven at the moment, hope it last for a few days. Take care everyone
