I don't know the cost and the during of a session. I have just find this clinic on the web. I have share this for say that the power and wavelength are similar with your lamp. So yes it is interesting that the clinic use the same device that you.

On this website he speak about a 3W at 810 - 905 nm Laser but I think it is not laser. A 3W laser can cut cardboard and burn skin immediatly. The lamp that you have buy and Bobby B has advised is at the same power. But on the website they didn't speak about the exposure time.

Coleoptere, do you have some improvement with your 100mW Led device? Me I have stop using it because the LED and the electrical resistance heat the skin near to the LED. And It makes an unpleasant feeling.

In this website the authors speak about a maximum of 100 mW/cm² and he say that 30mW/cm² is a good power. He says that a power bigger than 150 mW/cm² heat too much the skin, how do you not burn yourself with 5 or 10 W device? Bobby B, why you use more powerfull LED device?

Hi, I have build my first LLLT device, it is powered by arduino nano but the led are not very powerful. I have mesured the electric current 7 mA and the LEDs are supplied with 5 V. So the power is less than 35 mW. Now you speak about Watt power not mW so I think that my device is not enough...

About dosage, we don't know how many power exactly we need. On the last study shared by you, they talk about 50mW/cm², the eardrum is about 1cm², a few people use 10W LED, I'm agree that the 3/4 of power don't go in the ear but there are about 2,5W on the eardrum, 2,5W/cm². So 50X the power used...

DIY Low-Level Laser Therapy for Tinnitus on a Budget — LLLT Under 100,-

I'm reading a study shared by CityJohn. They say that: "Wavelengths in the range 600–700 nm are used to treat superficial tissue, and longer wavelengths in the range 780–950 nm, which penetrate further, are used to treat deeper-seated tissues" And "Wavelengths in the range 700–770 nm have been...

Ok, I would like to say, 810 nm heating the skin than 650 nm, my english is poor. LLLT don't work for you, so you will stop your reasearch or continue? I think that the anti-inflammatory effect of LLLT show in one of your shared paper is very interesting and useffull for the middle-ear.

Ok thanks you very much for your explanations. For the video I'm not enough good in english for listen and understand completely the video. What do you use? 10 W LED? DIY Low-Level Laser Therapy for Tinnitus on a Budget — LLLT Under 100,-

Ok, so the difference between a laser without the lens and a LED at the same power is that the wavelength is one value for the LASER and a large spectre for the LED?
