Hi Everyone, I am new to this forum but not to tinnitus. I have had tinnitus since 2008 mainly in my left ear sometimes I get it for moments in my right ear. It sometimes pulsates. I haven't found any relief in almost 9 years. I hope I get some insight from people on this forum. Rachel
