    I disagree. I'm out of sight and when my tinnitus is louder it's harder to navigate around. Then, it also takes me much longer to get an overview about where cars, walls and other objects are and I have to be more careful not to run into something.

    Is there any idea why high dose cortisone (250 mg and more) can suppress tinnitus and hyperacusis for a short time in lots of cases? Happened to me and another family member but also my doctor confirmed that he has that experience quite often with other patients.

    Sure! Lets hope that we'll get better therapies in the future. Every improvement is very welcome. :) But I guess we'll have to wait some more years until these things work properly. Anyway, I'm quite optimistic that the current situation gets better. Probably not tomorrow but someday for sure.

    Link Between Adult ADHD and Tinnitus

    If you have enough data you are able to create links between almost everything. So I'm very careful. Maybe there is a link. But having T just because of noise damage is much more likely.
