hi.. ive had tinntitus for the past 5 years now it was very bearable... until about a month ago.. its soooo high pitched uts beyond severe.. i dont go to concerts, shooting ranges, etc... and all of a sudden it just spiked..... i have no idea why? i have been under alot of emotional stress...

Car accident airbag deployed... but the ringing was bearable until now I don't know what caused it too spike I have been under a lot of stress and recently the doctors did blood work and stated that my vitamin d level was lower than normal..
