I have pulsatile tinnitus, how do you ever learn to do things like watch TV, etc? And sleeping for me is awful, if I get 2 hours a night I'm doing good. I've had it now for over a month.

In order to meet dialysis weight level I took a lot of Dulcolax pills to rid my body of excess weight on a Saturday. When Monday came my tinnitus came back, both pulsing and a high pitch whistle in one ear. This was 2 months ago and the tinnitus hasn't stopped.

The past year has been awful....my wife left me, I went on dialysis 3 days a week, then I was in a bad auto accident. My ringing had all but gone away, but 2 weeks ago it came back worse than ever. I really don't know if I can handle it this time. I'm so depressed and wish I was gone.
