    Venous Hum from Neck Adjustment?

I got a neck adjustment that left me a little disoriented... I started getting a low/mid range hum at like 4 am and sometimes more of the day. Is it possible the adjustment moved my jugular closer up under my ear and caused this new tinnitus? If so what do I do get another neck adjustment?
