Really Weird Morse Code / Typewriter Tinnitus in Right Ear

Over a period of about 3 years, it went away once, came back briefly and then went away completely. Turns out, it looks like it was caused by excessive gum chewing and chewing ice, hard candy and cough drops. After I stopped those things, it didn't come back.

It is a clicking sound which I do not hear constantly, maybe a few times a minute to a few times every hour. It just gradually returned, I don't recall any acoustical trauma that could have made it come back.

My t started around May 2016 and was fairly active for a little over a year. I noticed that it started going away about the time I started taking 250 mg chelated magnesium daily. By about 2 years from onset, it had gone away completely. I think it was likely caused by a magnesium deficiency...

    10-Month Update

I attended a loud concert in March 2016 and in late April or Early May, began waking up in the morning hearing it. It sounded like sleet striking a window pane in a winter storm. I thought it was due to a combination of earwax and shampoo bubbles popping in my ear, so I went to the ENT and had...

Is It True Tinnitus Caused by Hearing Loss Never Goes Away?

My T started about May '2016. In early August, I had sudden hearing loss as shown by a hearing test, took prednisone for couple weeks and hearing came back.
