    Yes it does - just in low frequency - along with the tinnitus (which I didn't have until a month ago when my hearing took a dive again!).     I had an initial 5 second spin when my hearing first dropped but no vertigo since then. Some days I feel wobbly but that's about it.

    I'm in Australia. Yes I've been taking Betahistine since May this year - not sure it's doing anything so am weaning myself off it. Steroids are supposed to help with any inflammation in the ear causing hearing loss. I seemed to improve but then took another dive a week after coming off them. ENT...

    I just wanted to reach out and say that I have been going through exactly what you've described for 18 months now. Started with sudden hearing loss and in the last month it is fluctuating with awful tinnitus. I pray that I will get better soon as this has been debilitating to say the very least...
