Can a Plane Ride Be a Problem?

So I've been going on airplanes back and forth from Pennsylvania and Florida since I was a toddler. I do get the ear fullness sensation multiple times on the plane but I usually pop my own ears right away by sort of forcing myself to yawn a little. Don't know if this is something people can...

    Can Eardrops Cause Tinnitus?

Yeah I guess so. Though I forgot to mention something. The tinnitus has been all over the place the past 4 weeks, sounding different or going to my right ear. It is most of the time concentrated in my left ear. When I used the fluocinolone drops, I trapped the liquid into my left ear like it was...

    Can Eardrops Cause Tinnitus?

So I just wanted to talk about this possibility. I've had tinnitus since I was little. I guess I was born with it. It's been annoying but I've managed more or less. But ever since 4 weeks ago I've had like a second tinnitus, along with what I assume is hyperacusis and the original T getting...

    Nervous About MRI

I'm an x-ray tech and I'm around MRIs in our department very often. Also I had two MRIs recently, a first for me. The other posters are right, the MRI doesn't expose you to any radiation. The only downside is the loud noise the magnet makes. I'd image it would be worse if you're claustrophobic...

Many Frustrations, a Lot of Venting Here

I listened to loud music for a few years but the older one only someitmes got worse. It would settle down after a few minutes.

Many Frustrations, a Lot of Venting Here

I went to a concert once about 2 years ago. My older tinnitus got worse but only for that night. It went back to normal the next day. Maybe that's the cause? I just don't get why it would decide to show up 2 years later.

Many Frustrations, a Lot of Venting Here

I'm new here and just wanted to vent all my many frustrations. Warning, This is a very, very long story but if you decide to read it then you have my most sincere thanks. I've had tinnitus since I was little. Just noticed it one day as a kid while walking out the bathroom. It sounds like the...
