So I have it appears I have typewriter tinnitus, AKA Tonic Tensor Tympani syndrome. It took me months of Dr visits trying to narrow down exactly what I had before considering treatment...turns out there is very little anyone can do except cut the tympani and stapedis muscle via the eardrum...
