Yes ! I also have a constant tight feeling in my ears. Its the muscles… now 9 months again (setback)

Now suddenly my left ear crackles without any reason every minute… pff

I have some good days and then i have days like today and yesterday where its feels bad again… my ears are also itchy.. cant believe i m going through this again how are you?

I also have ttts (fullness tight feeling in and around the ears) i have a setback after 2,5 years… when did u started noticing improvements? I m 4 months in right now..

It will get better and better! I m slowely going of the medication but i feel that my ear is getting tighter again.. :-(

Oh nice for you! Just make sure u always use earplugs at concerts.. so your ears are back to normal?

I m also on a low dose of clonazepam and its really helping me for the tight injured feeling. I went to a doctor here in Belgium who specialises in acoustic trauma. He said to take it for 3 months to relax the muscles. How are you these days? Still more improvements?

I m sorry for the tightness sensation!! Oops! Okay i will try to give it more time! In two weeks i m going on a vacation in the nature and i will try to relax as much as I can and hopefully it will be already a little bit better by then.

Yesterday I had a less tight feeling but today its back with the fullness.. now almost two months in.. the first months are the wordt right ? I m hoping it will begin to subside from now on… how are you ?

So the setback in january also took months for you to settle down ? I m afraid im starting over again from the beginning i will try to stay positive. I dont have tinnitus or hearing loss.. its just that injured tight feeling

I m very happy for you that the tightness is gone! I found that to be the most annoying feeling. I m almost 2 months in now… the first time i had symptoms for over a year and 2 years later I was totally symptom free… for 2,5 years .. until now.. its like i have a cramp, tight feeling in my ears… :-(

@Jason C 1,5 years ago i recoverd and i went to a bar on friday with earplugs and on monday i started feeling the fullness and tightness again.. will it take 3,5 years to recover again?? :-(

No, never had tinnitus. Ive had an acoustic shock 5 years ago (fireworks) and had heaviness and stufyness and pressure in ears.. it all faded away.. but now i can feel it comming back.. will it take 5 years again to recover ??? I m panicking..
