If its a noise induced you should do a audio test but I cannot believe that a own scream can do this. Maybe anxiety and stress? Wish you fast recovery ❤

Tony, you have high frequency hearing loss (maybe from noise). T is coming from this missing frequencies I guess but who knows...

Who knows? At least you can try and know that you've tried that too. So you had T in 2001 and then in 2011 started again, then stoped again and now you have it 3td time from 2016?... what did you do to recover from the first two times?

Pure OCD or typical OCD, they lay both on anxiety, intrusive toughts and all this crap which comes from the amigdala. Flight or flight response kicks in and there you go: fear from sounds! The less you pay attention, the less your stress will punch your T. This is my view of things, not arguing...
