I’ve had pulsatile tinnitus since 2016 and tinnitus since I was about 16 I’m 31 now ... the tinnitus I’ve learned to live with it ... it’s an annoying thing I just have learn and perfect over the ears on masking. My PT since last week has changed a lot ... it used to not bother me ... I only...

So I have pulsatile tinnitus and regular tinnitus and I’m terrified of making things worse ... it’s my biggest fear ... could vitamins cause the pulsatile tinnitus or tinnitus to get worse?

@HeidiB actually my bp sometimes runs a little lower than yours just depends and doctors are never EVER concerned for it

@HeidiB Im asking because I’ve seen a neurologist and my symptoms are similar to your and i was told they sounded like migraines ... so I was given a beta blocker for maintenance... my pulse also runs like yours and my neuro told me it was ok

@Karen I’m not sure, but really the problem is not the anxiety, but the high pulse it gives me ☹️ My PCP is holistic/ meds and she has mentioned the magnesium ... I’m just too scared to take anything it’s so ridiculous

@Karen thats the reason why I’m so scared to to start taking a beta blocker !! I was given metropolol for high pulse due to anxiety I don’t have a heart condition ... I’ve had regular T for years and developed PT in 2016 and I’m terrified it’s going to make it worse
