I can understand the fear but what specifically are you worried about? If you like, I can send you the list of risks that they gave me. Maybe that would help you decide. I'm in the 1-3 month group. If I participate in the follow-up study, it will be past 3 months.

Got the third injection this morning, nothing out of the ordinary so far. It's evening now and the ear still feels full. Nothing left to do now but wait. :)

No problem. Yes it's true you are not supposed to swallow, but that was basically impossible for me. I tried my hardest not to but I still swallowed several times.

I received the first injection today. It was an uncomfortable experience but there wasn't a lot of pain. My ear feels full but no T spikes. Back tomorrow at 8 AM. Anxiety and fear still running a little high. :(

Hi Steve, thanks for the response! Yes I do have an idea what the trigger was. It was probably a recent band practice of mine where some of the instruments were cranked up. That probably in addition to have listened to loud music one too many times. I'm sure it's a common story around here...
