It is over the counter here. Dosage for Vessel is: 1 pill in the morning, 1 pill at night; not to be taken with food. Melantonin: 3mg or 5mg pill before bedtime. On bad days I take the 5mg. Vessel is sulodexide; so maybe you have it as different brands in your country.
