Got my results back as seen in the picture. The test names are Danish. The test results are written like this: “Name of test” , “05-11-18” , “result value” , “min value” , “max value” My only concern is with TSH. My levels is at 3.8 and the max is 4.0 and min 0.4 :bored:

Thanks for your suggestion, I'll be having the C-Reactive Protein (CRP) done and a High Sensitive CRP to check for inflammation and a fasting insulin as well :-D

Have you noticed any change? And do you stack it with anything from the BNDF list other than curcumin?

So maybe if we stack supplements that increases BNDF level at max safe dosage and use other natural ways to increase BNDF levels, we can sustain the silence or even cause a permanent change in the brain over time
