Im sorry to hear that you are living the exact same nightmare as me. I could have written this myself. It is now 4 months with severe T and H. In this time my symptoms have progresses and continue to do so. I am not even able to leave my home because of it or talk on the phone, watch television...

I do that with Bose quiet comfort headphones. I just wear them like earmuffs. With Hypercusis i cant even stand active noise cancelling on as it gives me nerve pain in my ears.
