    Magic Mushrooms Making Tinnitus Worse?

I agree. It has already calmed down some since I had a nap. I really liked the microdose effect. It’s like seeing the world in 4K and do not feel high. Pending my tinnitus goes back to baseline, I plan on doing .5g twice a week for one month and then taking a month off to evaluate. Also felt...

    Magic Mushrooms Making Tinnitus Worse?

Hey everyone, I also took a microdose (.5g which is a little high for a microdose but I am also on low dose SSRI and Benzo which dampen the effects of shrooms) and have a spike but my spike is very similar to that of stress and/or caffeine. So I am thinking 1 of 2 things or a combination...

Anyone with Tinnitus Here DJ/Mix Vinyl at Home?

Hi, further to my guitar post, I have always been very interested in DJing/mixing vinyl (70s, 80s, 90s soul, funk, hip-hop, r&b). I am not talking about doing crazy club gigs but just an at-home setup. Anyone out there who mixes music or spins vinyl with tinnitus? If so, what ear plugs do you...

Taking Up Acoustic Guitar a Bad Idea When You Have Tinnitus?

Well, it's been a while. My tinnitus waxes and wanes. Since upping my antidepressant in the last month, I have noticed a big improvement in my tinnitus, so for me, tinnitus is largely triggered by anxiety and stress. It is still there in the background but seemingly much quieter or perhaps I...

Right. Makes sense. Except they said I have no hearing loss, at least on the standardized test. But the ENT said that concussions and tinnitus are really somewhat neurologically based because they involve the brain in part, especially when the tinnitus is due to whiplash and/or a concussion.

Spike After 6 Stable Years of Tinnitus — Two Factors: Remeron (Mirtazapine) or Low-Carb Diet?

Most say you should only taper meds by around 15% in dosage at a time, depending on how long you have been on it. A long and slow taper may be a pain but it is worth it in the long run as it usually prevents or lessons withdrawl. I would take the 15mg, break it in half, then break one half in...
