It could honestly be a combination of all of the things you listed. Ear fullness is usually a symptom that your ear is sensitive and still a bit too raw to be handled, so attending a baseball game definitely didn't help matters. My ears didn't playback all sounds, but when microwave beeps, ice cream truck music, and when a phone rang, it'd mimic it for awhile, my tone turning into that tone before it stabilized again. I'm sorry to hear about your story, it sounds like it keeps playing with you, and while mistakes and setbacks happen, it isn't entirely your fault. It just showcases how on guard when dealing with tinnitus. You are smart with your back ups of prednisone though, and I would keep getting back-ups...- GSC

Did I Give Myself Bilateral Tinnitus from a Tiny Dose of Prednisone?
I don't think you gave yourself T from predinisone, it could have possibly been a delay. But take some nac and chelated magnesium and.... if you're wary, ask more people here on the prednisone, because prednisone is the first line of defense in treating noise injury and trauma.
