Hello, how are you now? On the medication combo? If so, how do you feel? Does it lower the tinnitus? I am also searching for something for my severe tinnitus. I am on 7.5 mg Mirtazapine in the evening and that helps with sleep. But at daytime it is sometimes a hell on earth.
