My decision is this: I'm gonna pass, at least for tonight, I've never taken ADs and to be honest, I'm afraid of taking them. I'm going to stick with my Zopiclones and Ataraxes for now.

I've read about Mirtazapine here on Tinnitus Talk. Its effect seems to vary from person to person. I've read that it IS ototoxic which, as far as I understand, is NOT good with tinnitus. I have my unopened box here beside me and don't really know what to think. I've read positive stories...

Short update if anyone is interested. Did some boarding today, first time since new tinnitus. It was awesome, but I did notice quite fast that I needed earplugs cuz the hard sounds from boards on concrete and what not sounded really sharp and kind of hurt. It worked well with earplugs. It was...

Hm, interesting. So how does it affect your tinnitus? I presume you have tinnitus since you are listening to it. I'm very curious. I see you've only listened to it for a week so maybe no difference so far. Please let me know further down the road how it goes. /C

I just started listening to this... it's horrible.. how can you go to sleep to this!? And if you do go to sleep... imagine the nightmares it might generate... Holy macamoly. If this has actually helped people with tinnitus... well... I'm happy for them. I'm gonna pass though.
