Yes i'am, thx for your concerns. Tinnitus at full blast like every late evening, maybe more than usual. I have covid but no heavy symptoms and it'll be gone soon. I didn't have anything from my respiratory system, i always breathe clear nothing up there, little bit sore throat at start that's all.- Regal

Vitamin Supplement (Nicotinamide Riboside) Successfully Prevents Noise-Induced Hearing Loss
I currently take Resveratrol 200 mg and Nicotinamide Riboside 250 mg for less than a month. Is it worth to add Astaxanthin? Did you have benefits from it?- Regal

Audiogram and Other Hearing Test Results
Because my audiogram is in U-shape and all frequencies are touched. Most causes of this kind of hearing loss is genetic. -

Mine is so great for 26 years old (y) Can't wait to see at 50 years old what it'll look like. Hope FX-322 will be there :asshat: I got a new one some days ago which said -70 dB at 4 kHz but I don't believe it. "Hmm what ?""Hum ok" without hearing aids difficult to understand everyday speech... -

I think so, i'm overweight and not really eating healthy. I'm like 1m80 for 106 kg, that's bad. But i'm walking like 15 km per day at work. Sugar intake and high blood pressure might be not a great deal. I need to find the strenght, that's few years i'm trying to stop it.- Regal

Need to Quit Nicotine, But Quitting Makes Tinnitus Go Haywire
You need to find the strength of stopping it for few weeks including maybe a louder tinnitus for sometimes before calm down. It's all up to you unfortunately. -
How Many Forms of Fleeting Tinnitus Have You Experienced?
Only one type sometimes left or right. My classical tinnitus turns off (actually he stops for 1 second) and I have that loud beeping coming from nowhere. I had it before tinnitus but not so much as now... that last for few seconds at few minutes. -

What is the source of this? My tinnitus started on January 19 after a doctor's meeting who prescribed me classical medicine for high blood pressure but she added 100 000 UI of Vitamin D because I was Vitamin D deficient. Is it possible that that amount of Vitamin D triggered the tinnitus?- Regal
