Also magnesium l-threonate involves brain plasticity which is similar to antidepressant way of work so you can ReLearn better (it's very slow but every day is better than previous) And the last and maybe one of the strongest "kinda natural and safe" things is lithium orotate...

I had insomnia on Etifoxine and it didn't work as good as valerian root, or grandaxin Actually I have two thing in my mind that did really work on anxiety: it's ashwagandha KSM-66 600mg (1-2 tabs), and Phosphatedylserine (100-200mg)

No, I quit colt turkey without any kind of discomfort. I'm feeling sad it stopped working for your anxiety but I think you could've upped your dosage. It's better then upping benzo dosage anyway

That's really fascinating result. I'm glad it's been helpful so much! Please share this as more people might benefit from it too without getting addicted / harmed by typical benzo. I might try this again, but currently I'm managing anxiety using magnesium l-threonate and a 2.5mg of bisoprolol...

Tinnitus and Panic Attacks from Cocaine Overdose

Haha, yes. I found only a few anecdotal stories of getting tinnitus after coke... so looks like we're the "lucky" ones. Luckily I didn't find any information about its' worsening for "lucky guys like us". Moreover, it improved significantly in most cases after couple of years. I assume it...

Hi! No, not really anything besides my sensitive gut. I had GERD and gastric erosion so I had to quit it after 2 weeks of use. Any benzo drug is irritating your gut, unfortunately not my option. But it was a godsend.

Here's a Safe Benzo Drug for Tinnitus Sufferers: Tofisopam (Emandaxin, Grandaxin, Sériel)

Bumping this thread. Did anyone try this already? @Chinmoku @GBB P.S. I had GERD so that's why benzos are not a choice for me (and they also discontinued this product).

    Suicidal

Did you read my post? I mean it's not creating fast dependence and withdrawal as traditional benzos do. You can't take it safely up to 3 months (and according to my experience quit CT after 2 weeks without discomfort)

Here's a Safe Benzo Drug for Tinnitus Sufferers: Tofisopam (Emandaxin, Grandaxin, Sériel)

Here's a Safe Benzo Drug for Tinnitus Sufferers: Tofisopam (Emandaxin, Grandaxin, Sériel)

In my country at any Pharma shop provided you have prescription for it. You can search over the internet. But I would strongly suggest checking if it is legal to buy this online in your country (it's a prescription benzo drug mate!!)

Here's a Safe Benzo Drug for Tinnitus Sufferers: Tofisopam (Emandaxin, Grandaxin, Sériel)

Supposed to be taken daily. I took it daily. However one can take it situationally, e.g. before/after stress.

Here's a Safe Benzo Drug for Tinnitus Sufferers: Tofisopam (Emandaxin, Grandaxin, Sériel)

Yes, no sedative effect. Rather energizing a bit. Dependence isn't that strong if one keep take it up to 3 months. I mean, you can't compare dependence of traditional benzo to it, no way. Agree, it's weird. But this is how it is. It is not useless but not as strong as Xanax. Rather like...

Here's a Safe Benzo Drug for Tinnitus Sufferers: Tofisopam (Emandaxin, Grandaxin, Sériel)

100mg / day. After cocaine, I got some gut issues. I mean, lately I can't even drink coffee without a feeling of discomfort. Unfortunately, I had abdominal pain from Grandaxin. Still looking with doctors why. I actually used it and quit CT without any kind of discomfort (though some...

Wind-Like Noise in My Right Ear. Pulsatile Tinnitus or Eustachian Tube Problems?

I think otoneurologist might better help. Things about obesity and vascular problems are bit of complex, I think. Do you exercise? How do you feel about your tinnitus after exercise?

Here's a Safe Benzo Drug for Tinnitus Sufferers: Tofisopam (Emandaxin, Grandaxin, Sériel)

If you have anxiety and want a safe benzo without potential for addiction/withdrawal, there's Tofisopam (Emandaxin, Grandaxin, Sériel). I used it for 2 weeks with somewhat good results. I actually have no idea why it's not widely used because its effect is good and it's safe. Just wanted to...

Has Anyone Tried Etifoxine for Tinnitus?

I've been on Etifoxine for 2 weeks and now have to quit because of sleep difficulties (hard to fall asleep, can take 4 hours). Changes in tinnitus were small, but positive. Mostly because of reducing anxiety, I think.

Has Anyone Tried Etifoxine for Tinnitus?

I use Etifoxine for 4 days (150 mg / day), tinnitus slightly improved (some tones lowered, some became more noticeable but probably because of lowering other tones, overall better), will keep everyone posted.

Tinnitus and Panic Attacks from Cocaine Overdose

8 Months with tinnitus: update Tried Gabapentin 300mg 4-5 days, felt drunk all time and on third day realized I can't recall some words, lol. But the worst thing, unbearable for me, was terrible extrasystoles. Like, heart was turning over each hour, and sometimes do a punch that would shake me...

Tinnitus Changed/Worsened After 7 to 8 Years: Currently at Suicide Levels

Hey Ghost, From what I can tell, the more you notice it, the worse it gets. From my personal experience, from unnoticeable levels to "impossible to cope" in just a week - was easy for me. Especially during the Lockdown -- many people became mentally ill, anxious, etc. That's very serious...

Conflicting Info: Is Hydroxyzine (Atarax/Vistril) Ototoxic or Not?

Where did you find this information? Hydroxyzine is not ototoxic medication and I can't find any proof for it. What's your logic behind calling drug ototoxic? Yes it can affect tinnitus, but it's different from ototoxicity. It can cause changes in tinnitus (good or bad) as well as other...

Tried Cocaine and It Has Made My Tinnitus Worse — Help

That's true, now imagine risks of mixing it with steroids. Probably, I got not the worst part. Although in the beginning, anxiety was that bad so I really was not sure one can continue working with it. I asked for medical help, but after reading about "side effects" and "dependence" on benzos...

Tinnitus and Panic Attacks from Cocaine Overdose

Bumping up: Tinnitus is still mild-to-moderate, but I actually went to doctor for treating anxiety disorder. Tinnitus and Panic Attacks from Cocaine Overdose

Hi guys. End of November 2019 I had a cocaine overdose and survived but it left me with moderate tinnitus and panic attacks. I do sports and was on a long course of steroids (testosterone, boldenone, oxandrolone) + growth hormone. Stopped the steroids course. Won't even touch cocaine in my...

New Trial: An fMRI investigation of the Effects of Lidocaine on Tinnitus

Bumping up. Wouldn't recommend cocaine. Got mild-to-moderate (sometimes it gets me so annoyed that I think it's severe, although it's not) tinnitus in Nov 2019 from that thing. I overdosed, thank god I am alive. Won't ever touch that thing again (promised to myself). If I ever knew...
