I'd stay away from this video. This is how I worsened my tinnitus. My tinnitus was barely audible. But I obsessed over it. So I tried to completely get rid of it. Listened to this for 5 minutes... and fried some high frequencies. My tinnitus is now 12 kHz in both ears. Really unbearable.

@lucy_snow Better then I was @ the time of this post I guess you can say - Been off the meds for about 2 weeks now I think. Lasting side effects still sticking around. As mentioned previously - Heart Rate still extremely elevated - And ear is still ringing louder then Ever. =(

I can't even lay on my right side its so bad. Before this incident, I was able to sleep on either side of my head. Now when I try to lie down on my right side. All I can hear is my Tinnitus =( its unbearable.
