Same here. I'm trying to manage as well as I can day by day. I have a hearing aid/masker that helps but I try not to wear it all the time and keep it low volume. Any changes with yours? Do you feel like you have habituated at all? I think @cruise said it well, the travel may help.

Do you think the counseling has helped with dealing with your tinnitus or habituation?

It's rough. I cannot find anything that lessens the sound. I'm trying out a high frequency hearing aid/WNG to maybe get to habituation.

Yes I wish I had never gone down the Klonopin path. Currently at .3 mg and still have a while to taper. I have Zoloft but not sure if I will take it yet.

Thank you. Hope you are doing ok. Thanks for your feedback. The Chiropractor I was looking at does Orthospinology which is like Atlas Orthogonal with a gentle manipulation with the machine. From what I can tell the adjustment is a gentle adjustment.

Have you ever tried a upper cervical chiropractor? I may try the EarPopper... I have yet to find anything that will relieve the noise at all.

Yes, tinnitus is a joke and one of the strange mysteries. Same here, taking it day by day. My current state is still tinnitus in right ear only... sounds like a big hissing sound now... I could not agree with you more. I am digging out of my Klonopin benzo hole and then will target my Lunesta z drug hole. I do feel like I need to be on an antidepressant (have Zoloft in the cabinet) but have been putting it off while tapering. KWC
