I could just be talking out of my ass but in my opinion Frequency Therapeutics should just buy Otonomy. They have the cash and Otonomy's market cap is really low right now. That would end the gel issue and give them a speech in noise and tinnitus drug all under one better managed roof.

It means Phase 3 isn't until 2022. Currently FX-322 is in Phase 2a, with two Phase 1b studies being run alongside of it.

Yes, pivotal trial will be the last. It depends on how early they start, how quickly they can fill the trial up, and whether or not they keep the trial at 210 days or if the results are good enough and they can reduce it down to 90 days.

I hope they have a huge backlog of eligible patients for when they start so they can fill it up and finish it ASAP and perhaps cut the study time from 210 days to 90 days. 2023 is going to be lit.

Agreed, it's a hearing regenerating drug, not Oxycontin, it should be available upon request. Personally I'll be paying out of pocket but, I'm afraid scamsurance if they do opt to cover treatment with FX-322, they will most likely want the audiograms done.

This is true but you could require both drugs in both ears in order to eliminate tinnitus or reduce it. Which we won't know until both of these drugs are out.

Actually there is a professor at Harvard working on a project to regrow new disks for the jaw joint. I can't speak too much about the neck but there are a lot of companies working on regenerating and remyelinating nerves, so I really hope those help.

I mean if they work which Rinri Therapeutics stated they do and increased hearing by 40% in preclinical models and if some people don't have any or enough support cells to fully restore hearing, these could work quite nicely, especially for filling in any gaps.
