Hope you all are doing well! I just started my 4th year teaching college and hopefully, I'm working on the last year of my dissertation!

I'm one week out from surgery. T/H have been stable. I've had some lower T with the extra sleep I've been getting by recovering at home.

I had my surgery yesterday. My doctors let me wear my earplugs in surgery & hand brace. All went well, waiting for pathology. T/H are same.

Can anything be done for the intracranial stenosis?

Was the CT scan loud? I've been avoiding doing an MRI and/or a CT because of the loudness. Did they tell you if anything can be done for this syndrome?

Has anyone flown with hyperacusis and tinnitus? I have not flown since I've acquired H & T. My ears usually stop up when flying.

I would say more tolerance or reaction to it has gotten better. I try to ignore it and go on with my day.

Yes, my doctor gave me antibiotics and a round of steroids. It helped and I also stay on top of taking antihistamines when I feel fluid in my ears. I try to limit my dairy intake. All have helped. Best to you!
