Jesus, that's exactly how I feel. All I can say is hang in there and don't take your anger out on people who don't deserve it. Find something that will keep you busy, that you will enjoy, like exercising or running for example. It will help keep your mind off your T.

Yep, my Tinnitus usually gets worse for a while when I have a cold or a flu. It goes back to its normal volume quick enough though when I get better.

Tinnitus can randomly just start for no reason but if I were you I would not be worried at all. It's definitely cause of your TMJ so just relax about it :)

Mine started with just a constant high pitch ringing tone. After a while it turned into a low hissing or crickets noise. Sometimes it goes back to the high pitch ringing but it's not as loud as it used to be.

Yeah, I got that too recently. I did 100 pushups a few days ago and after I had 100% silence for the first time since I got Tinnitus. The silence lasted for around an hour but came back eventually.

Hell no! Never do marijuana. Kimbo Slice is right, marijuana can give you a lot of anxiety. Plus, (from what I've seen) a year and a half of smoking it makes you extremely paranoid and it WILL screw your head up. If you want to ease anxiety, try alcohol, not drugs.

You might of got your Tinnitus from those ear infections or maybe it could of been caused by the music on your headphones if the volume was real high. I doubt your Xbox or Playstation headset could give you any hearing damage. Sometimes Tinnitus can actually start just randomly for no reason :(

Yours sounds very similar to mine. I've had it a bit over a month now and I think it will go. I heard it will go if the ringing isn't loud cause the nerves are able to repair itself, but it can take a few months. So stay positive :)
